Jann Hayes We have arrived at our **home away from home** This is the hotel we stay at each trip out here. We walk in the door and it's "Welcome Back Ms Hayes good to see you again." Then they asked if my walker had been delivered and I said that I thought that it had been---Sure enough they went and looked and they had it for me. They also assured me that the *nonslip* bath mat was in place

Now THAT is customer service! However, I also think you probably have been a kind and thoughtful guest when you have stayed there!
